Desmond has held significant leadership roles, such as serving as a Musical Director at NewSpring Church in South Carolina, a vibrant community of 25,000 attendees, a multi- campus Music Director at Free Chapel Ministries with Pastor Jentezen Franklin averaging over 40,000 weekly attendees and currently serving at North Point Ministries with Pastor Andy Stanley where they are averaging over 50,000 weekly attendees. Beyond his musical expertise, Desmond boasts extensive experience in recruiting and consulting for churches of various sizes and backgrounds. He has successfully placed and developed over 100 individuals in diverse roles across the U.S, including Finance, Security, Marketing, various Pastoral positions, Creative Arts, Next Gen Ministries, Family Ministries, and more, achieving a high satisfaction rate. Desmond is dedicated to strengthening ministries by connecting them with exceptional leaders and team members to enhance their impact. Residing in Atlanta, Georgia, Desmond enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and indulging in true crime podcasts, television shows, and sports.
