Daniel Mitchell has spent more than two decades working in full-time ministry as a worship and creative pastor. Originally from North Florida, he grew up serving at his parents’ multi-site church before attending college in Oklahoma. Daniel has a proven track record of building, equipping and growing teams, as well as producing award-winning music. His wide expertise ranges from developing effective leaders to recruiting competent, right-fit talent for ministry teams. Currently, Daniel serves as Creative Pastor at Real Life Christian Church in Orlando, Florida, and previously held leadership roles at SouthPoint Church in Leonardtown, Maryland; Richmond Community Church in Richmond, Virginia; and Discovery Church in Orlando, Florida. In addition to his church work, he has toured extensively as a worship leader, written and produced three albums, and competed as an amateur bodybuilder.
