THE CHURCH UNLIMITED STORY
In the late 1990s, Lead Pastors Bil and Jessica Cornelius relocated to the Corpus Christi area and established Church Unlimited. Church Unlimited officially defines itself as a non-denominational Christian church with a mission to maximize the number of individuals who will attain eternal life before their passing. Over the subsequent years, Church Unlimited experienced substantial growth, establishing new locations and expanding its outreach efforts. Within the first 25 years of its existence, the church has positively impacted the lives of thousands of individuals through innovative worship experiences, local outreach initiatives, and global missions.
A notable expansion occurred in 2019 when Church Unlimited opened a new facility in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. Church Unlimited has adopted a multisite model, comprising six physical locations. The broadcast campus is situated in Corpus Christi, while the growing campus in Stone Oak (San Antonio) is among its major sites. The Stone Oak campus is located at 24610 N. U.S. Hwy 281 N., San Antonio, TX 78258. Pastors Bil and Jessica Cornelius continue to serve as Lead Pastors of Church Unlimited, guiding the church’s vision for growth and community engagement.
Each campus is led by a Campus Pastor and a team that provides local leadership, discipleship, and operational support. Today, Church Unlimited stands as a robust, multi-location church in Texas, offering weekly services at multiple campuses with a weekly attendance of over 10,000.
The church’s comprehensive ministry offerings include Kids Unlimited, Youth Unlimited, LifeGroups, and local and global missions. These initiatives prioritize cultural relevance, community engagement, and outreach. Church Unlimited’s strategic positioning for future growth is rooted in its multisite model, robust leadership, and established presence in key Texas markets such as Corpus Christi and the rapidly expanding North San Antonio/Stone Oak region.
The Stone Oak site strategically positions the church to capitalize on this growing region, combining suburban development, demographic opportunities, and a campus equipped to serve new families and emerging leadership talent. The church’s mission-driven culture — which aims to take individuals to Heaven, foster intentional communities, and reach the unchurched — aligns seamlessly with the type of talent and staff the ministry seeks. Individuals who aspire not only to a job but also to a life-altering calling are highly valued.
