THE FAITH FAMILY CHURCH STORY

Since the beginning of Faith Family Church just over seven years ago, over
34,000 people have come to know Christ or rededicated their lives to Him in our
services. In addition to that, we have reached people in our city and around the
world through our outreaches, small groups, weekend services, and local,
national, and international mission efforts. Countless lives have been changed
forever through Jesus! God has repeatedly exceeded our expectations, and we
truly believe He is just getting started.

We are committed to freshly seeking God so we can continue impacting the lives
of future generations. We know that we serve a “No Limits” kind of God! He has
proven that time and time again through Faith Family Church. As we have
prayed, served, and given sacrificially, God has taken our efforts and blessed
them like only He can.

JOB SUMMARY

Faith Family Church is seeking a passionate, Spirit-led, and
highly motivated leader to serve as Campus Pastor for our new
La Porte, TX location—an exciting extension of our growing
ministry based out of our central campus in Baytown, TX. This
role is ideal for a pastor with a shepherd’s heart, strong
leadership skills, and a proven ability to build, develop, and
influence people. The Campus Pastor will pastor the
community, lead and develop teams, and help build a thriving
church where people can Know God, Find Freedom, Discover
Purpose, and Make a Difference.

Port of Houston bring steady growth and vitality to the area. La Porte sits just
minutes from Baytown, home to Faith Family Church’s central campus — a strong,
established base of ministry that has been impacting lives for more than three
decades. From this hub, FFC continues to expand its reach into surrounding
communities such as Mont Belvieu, Crosby, Deer Park, Pasadena, and La Porte,
uniting one church in multiple locations with a shared vision and culture. The La
Porte Campus will carry the same DNA — passionate worship, powerful teaching,
