We are one church with eight locations: Sunset Hills, Earth City, Weldon Spring, and Ferguson-Florissant in Missouri; West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, and Royal Palm Beach in Florida; and Fairview Heights in Illinois. JOB SUMMARY

The Faith Kids Global Pastor will lead the Faith Kids ministry team by providing leadership, vision and direction that creates a life giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and Dream Team for all our campuses. The Faith Kids Global Pastor is responsible for maintaining excellence across all campuses, and works closely with the Faith Kids Campus Directors in the execution, management and direction of each campus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set the yearly series schedule, coordinating set design and curriculum.

• Oversee the implementation of policies and enforce compliance.

• Ensure children’s ministry facility standards are maintained at each campus by visiting monthly and evaluating staff, Dream Teamers, check-in/check-out processes, and the overall experience.

• Analyze the effectiveness of programming and adjust as needed.

• Help develop and maintain all security standards.

• Track growth for future development opportunities.

• Seek opportunities to connect with local schools and the community.

• Oversee the quality of services.

• Assist in the development of ministry events, including Fall Family Bash, Summer Camp, Christmas Events, Volunteer Grow Nights, and more.

• Provide oversight for Faith Church Sports programs — including basketball, soccer, cheer, etc.

• Monitor financial stewardship for all kids’ programs, events, and sports programs.

• Support new campus launches for the Faith Kids department when necessary.

• Perform all other duties as assigned.
