Kylie was born and raised in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where she developed her faith at her home church. Her family later moved to Oklahoma, a transition that further deepened her spiritual journey. Kylie graduated from college in 2022 with a degree in Management and Marketing and immediately began working with One39. Feeling a strong calling to ministry, she sought to combine her professional skills with her passion for church growth. In her role at One39, Kylie works on the coaching side, assisting in the development and expansion of churches globally. She has been gaining valuable experience and insights while working closely with Chris Spradlin. Kylie’s favorite aspect of her work is partnering with churches to advance the Kingdom. Outside of her professional life, Kylie is known for her joyful spirit and love of the outdoors. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband Christian, along with their friends and family, and shares a special bond with her 120-pound lab, Maverick James.
