Jeff is passionate about helping others discover and discern their purpose. He’s done this in churches around the Eastern United States for over 10 years. Jeff has served in churches ranging from 200 to 7000 in Florida, Ohio, Maryland, North Carolina, and Georgia. Leading with a “relationship” first mentality; he is gifted in vision casting, developing leaders and building healthy teams. While oftentimes being out in front leading a room, Jeff finds his best leadership moments happen with others sitting across a table; one on one. He loves to learn about others and help them reach their full potential. Outside of the church, Jeff has served in roles where he has led staffing and leadership development for large corporations, and even helped launch franchises for a small business from his hometown! If there’s a strategy to be created – Jeff is all in. Currently, Jeff resides in Pinellas County Florida where he is serving at New Life Christian Church as the Director of Creative Arts. In his free time you can catch him spending time with his puppy Harper, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or building model kits.
