Dusty is an experienced ministry leader and executive coach with 20+ years of experience in the local church and non-profit arena. His first ministry position was landscaping in 1999. Dusty has since served in multiple ministry environments, including serving the last 10 years in senior pastoral leadership, which has spanned from the Bible Belt to the Rust Belt and throughout the Rocky Mountains. Dusty has worked in large and small churches, ranging from 20 to 20K, and brings a great understanding of strategy, scalability, and staff responsibility. Dusty and his wife, Heather have been married for 17 years and have five children. Together they love travel, adventure, and family walks. Dusty enjoys coaching, fly fishing, strength training, and all things college football. His passion is to help people find their God-given purpose, position, and place.
