THE TURNING POINT CHURCH STORY
Turning Point Church began in the hearts of Pastors Michael and Charla Turner
in 2002. After much fasting and praying, God confirmed in their hearts and
through their pastors that God was calling them to start a church in South
Atlanta/Henry County, Georgia. On January 5th, 2003, Turning Point Church
held its first meeting with 21 people in attendance. In March 2003, Turning Point
moved its services to Eagles Landing Middle School.
After meeting in schools and office parks for several years, Turning Point
Church established its first permanent campus in 2006 at 78 Old Jackson Road
in McDonough, Georgia.
Today, Turning Point Church has become a home and family of choice for
thousands of people every weekend who are dedicated to leading a God-first
life.
